Pallavi Gandhi

Inspired by a personal experience, Pallavi transitioned into healthcare architecture after her father’s cancer treatment exposed her to the realities of hospital environments. "Seeing care from a patient’s perspective changed the way I thought about design," she says. “That moment sparked a commitment to improve healthcare spaces through empathy, clarity, and purpose.” Today, Pallavi leads client engagement and serves as a primary design advisor, guiding projects from concept through completion. She brings expertise in medical planning, technical documentation, and financial management, ensuring design intent, budgets, and quality standards remain aligned. "I strive to build long‑term relationships grounded in trust and shared success," Outside of the studio, Pallavi enjoys sketching with pencils and charcoal while also traveling to experience different cultures around the world.
