Kelli Duff

Inspired by an early love of engineering and exploration, Kelli brings curiosity, creativity, and people centered thinking to her work. "I spent hours in the garage helping my dad with his Corvette or taking things apart just to see how they worked," she recalls. Childhood travels to national parks and public spaces sparked her interest in how environments come to life, and discovering civil engineering in high school "felt like the perfect fit and a way to pair technical problem solving with designing places people can truly enjoy." Today, Kelli focuses on creating public spaces that foster meaningful connection. "I’m passionate about spaces that help communities feel grounded, welcomed, and inspired," she shares. Outside of work, Kelli loves traveling with her husband.  "I love exploring new cultures and great food," she says. When not traveling you can find her photographing streetscapes, walking her black lab Leo along the lakefront, practicing pottery, or getting lost in a good fantasy book.
