Jason Cole Headshot Washington DC

"Blending creativity with purpose has always come naturally," says Jason. As a teenager, a visit to Frank Lloyd Wright’s Fallingwater sparked a realization that a building could be more than shelter—it could stir emotion, spark curiosity, and elevate everyday experience. As a Senior Design Architect, Jason focuses on creating humane, restorative environments, particularly in healthcare, where thoughtful design can transform challenging moments into healing ones. “Architecture influences well‑being in ways we often overlook,” he notes. Jason thrives in the gray areas of design, where users, context, budget, and space intersect. “There is never one answer,” he says, “only opportunities to rethink the conventional.” His dedication to mentorship and collaboration helps elevate his teams as much as the places they create, reinforcing his commitment to designing a better and more inclusive future. Outside the studio, Jason finds inspiration in craftsmanship, music, and his vintage guitar collection. Fridays are reserved for movie nights with his family—where he unwinds before a weekend of activities and remains an ever‑optimistic 76ers and Phillies fan, believing—once again—that "this will be our year."
