Development Team Named for Buffalo Central Terminal Reuse Project
The Central Terminal Restoration Corp. and the City of Buffalo, New York have taken a giant step towards advancing efforts to redevelop the city's beloved but long-dormant Central Terminal. Today, the city announced the team that has been selected to transform the brownfield property into a thriving commercial, entertainment and residential hub. The multiphase project is envisioned to take 10 years and $300 million to accomplish.
