As a design professional focused on the later phases of work, Tim brings curiosity, humility, and intentionality to every project. "I believe every phase of design benefits from creativity," he shares, a mindset that guides his advocacy for design excellence from concept through construction. Tim’s expertise includes building systems such as envelope design, structural coordination, and MEP integration, technical knowledge he pairs with a deep appreciation for “crafting beautiful, well-performing” buildings. “I’m drawn to projects that challenge both teams and systems, including large-scale mixed-use developments, laboratory buildings with complex infrastructure and unique forms,” he says. Tim takes pride in his diverse project experience across multiple studios, which has strengthened both his technical and collaborative skills. Outside of work, Tim enjoys “creating and spending time outdoors" whether in his wood shop or on the mountain skiing, snowboarding, climbing, or trekking.
