Meg says that her role in business development requires “meticulous planning, strategic thinking and tapping into the collective talents of our team.” Not to mention solid communication chops. Meg feels so strongly about helping others improve their verbal skills, she blogs about it at Communicate Confidently. “A lot of my work involves coaching team members to successfully interview for new projects,” she explains. “It inspired me to help a broader universe communicate more confidently in both professional and social situations.” Meg makes time to appreciate well written pieces, too.
