Marc Schneiderman

Marc brings more than 30 years of award-winning experience in the design industry to SmithGroup’s Workplace national practice. He focuses on engaging clients, developing strategic relationships, and creating planning and design strategies that meet the demands of the future of the workplace. His portfolio features numerous projects for Microsoft Corporation, including a series of technology centers around the country, as well as SmithGroup's first workplace project in China. Among the varied projects he’s worked on, "I’ve always felt good about the work we did for the Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church," Marc says. "Being part of the transition from a historic but fading relic to a vibrant, thriving urban congregation was very gratifying. And the AIA Award was a nice plus," he adds, referring to the 2013 Presidential Citation for Urban Design the project earned. Marc also applies his artistic talents to watercolor painting and drawing. Other talents? "Decent whitewater skills and pretty handy around the house, too," he reveals.
