Andrea Frye

Andrea approaches her role as director of business development in Houston with the curiosity and storytelling passion of a journalist. Her career journey from broadcasting to the built environment was driven by a desire to inspire meaningful change. “Working with universities, healthcare systems, and municipalities, I developed a keen interest in how infrastructure revitalizes communities and creates a sense of place for people to connect,” she explains. Andrea is inspired by “people who dream big,” and her own achievements reflect this mindset. “Training for and finishing my first race taught me that I am strong enough to do anything.” She has pursued ambitious goals, including earning her executive MBA, completing over 200 miles of the Camino de Santiago in Spain, and finishing multiple Ironman triathlons.
